Our parts support Sears, Be-Ge, KAB, and Grammer seating systems, fitted across excavators, wheel loaders, dozers, tractors, and heavy trucks including Mack and Kenworth.

Do you supply parts for cars, utes or 4WDs?

No. The Seat Shop supplies spare parts and accessories for industrial and machinery seating only — used in mining, construction, agricultural and heavy transport equipment such as excavators, wheel loaders, dozers, tractors and prime movers. We don’t stock parts for standard car, ute or passenger vehicle seats or seat belts.

If you’re after a part for your ute or 4WD, we’d recommend checking with your vehicle manufacturer or an automotive parts supplier.

Do you supply parts for forklifts and materials handling equipment?

Yes, where the part relates to one of the seat brands we carry — Sears, Be-Ge, KAB, or Grammer. Forklift and materials handling seating is one of the applications we support alongside our core mining, construction and agricultural work, so get in touch with your seat brand and model and we’ll confirm what’s available.

I don't know the exact part I need — can you still help?

Yes. If you can tell us the seat brand, model, and the machine it’s fitted to (e.g. excavator, wheel loader, tractor make and model), our team can identify the correct part or point you to the closest compatible option. A photo of the seat or the part in question also helps speed this up.

Will a part fit my seat if it's an older or discontinued model?

In many cases, yes — several of our parts are compatible across multiple seat generations within the same brand. Send through your model or serial number (usually found on a plate under the seat base or on the frame) and we’ll confirm fitment before you order.

Do you ship parts nationally?

Yes, we ship spare parts and accessories across Australia from our Arundel, Mackay, Toowoomba and Adelaide locations. Contact us to confirm freight and lead times for your order.

I don't know what brand or model my seat is — how do I find out?

Check for a label or plate on the seat frame, usually underneath the seat base or on the backrest, which often shows the manufacturer and model. If the label is worn, missing, or was never fitted, a photo of the seat from a few angles is usually enough for our team to identify the brand — we work with Sears, Be-Ge, KAB, Grammer and CAT seating day to day and can often recognise them on sight. This is a good starting point even before you know which part you need.
