Zone-by-Zone Comfort Engineering
- Contoured bolsters for greater comfort and lateral support

Why it matters: Pressure points and poor leg circulation are a real cause of in-cab discomfort and restlessness. Foam placement and edge design engineered around the body helps operators stay settled and focused for longer.
Adjustable Support, Built Around the Operator
- Twin-chamber pneumatic lumbar — adjusts independently for individual back support
- Pneumatic adjustable back and seat bolsters
- Dedicated, easy-reach controls for on-the-fly adjustment
Why it matters: No two operators are built the same, and no two shifts sit the same way. Adjustable bolsters and lumbar let each operator fine-tune their own fit and posture — a key part of correct seating condition and adjustment.
Active Climate Control
- Active heating & cooling through seat and back thermoelectric devices (TED)
- Dedicated controller for fan and temperature settings
- Independent control of seat and back climate
Why it matters: A Queensland cab in summer — or a cold start on a winter morning — is a genuine distraction. Active climate control keeps the operator comfortable and attentive, whatever the season.
Severe-Duty TLV-2 Suspension Base
- Low natural frequency air suspension, purpose-built for heavy/severe-duty applications
- Operator weight range: 45–220kg, with weight and height adjustment
- Adjustable damper for ride firmness control
- Integrated fore/aft isolator
- Up to 200mm fore/aft slide travel, single or dual locking
- Double locking recline + cushion angle tilt + cushion extension
